ASISCO FM operate a Computer Aided Facilities Management software (CAFM). This CAFM system is the hub of our business and has many different functions including allowing us to schedule all planned and reactive maintenance activities. We can then allocate these activities to our team and track the progress of any task. 

The CAFM system is supported by our 24/7 Help Desk who log all activities and create work requests based on the criticality level of the concern. The CAFM system has a built in escalation function which allows us to contact the relevant team and individuals based on the Clients pre-approved requirement.
