STEPS Program


We ensure all potential candidates are screened and assessed correctly for technical and behavioural competences


All structural positions will have minimum skills competences which will outline each employees training and development road map


We continually evaluate our staff by setting individual SMART objectives (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Based) measurable by effective Key Performance Indicators
